Installation and Helpdesk

SmartBee carries out all hard and software installations and provides you with continuous support services:

  • Bee-on-Site, workshop, phone assistance for professionals to resolve issues and help with installations. Coordination with third parties (internet providers, manufacturers, etc…).

  • Single-mandates or prepaid SmartAbos for 5, 10, 20 or 50 hours of support (subscription with prices decreasing depending on your choice, unlimited in time)

  • Flat fee Support Contract with continuous monitoring ensuring your infrastructure is proactively managed.
